
Pualani Estates at Kona is a master-planned community located on a majestic hillside on the outskirts of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. The plantation style homes offer residents sweeping ocean and mountain views and easy access to the amenities of Kona Town such as world-class beaches, restaurants and shopping.

The 300+ home subdivision was developed in three phases by DR Horton Schuler. Homes in Pualani Estates have many different floorpans, generally ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms with 6,000-7,000 foot lot sizes. Most homes have carports, or one or two-car garages.
The Pualani Estates Homeowners Association has CC&Rs that protect the high quality of life residents value and enjoy. HOA fees are $300 (subject to change). Streets, street lights and sidewalks are County-owned and managed. All utilities are underground and the subdivision is on sewer. The community has a heiau which HOA funds are used to maintain. The subdivision has a Coqui Frog eradication program paid for by HOA dues.
Pualani Estates has a Community Park
A beautiful community park with a baseball diamond, soccer field and children’s play stations abuts the Pualani Estates subdivision. It is maintained by the County.
