Kona Sea Villas is a beautifully landscaped, low-density, gated condominium community located a few miles south of downtown Kailua-Kona. The 27-unit complex was designed by Pacific Atelier and developed by the Sunstone Group in 2004. Some units have a loft/study which adds an additional 212 square feet for a total of 1,399 square feet. The 3 bed/3 bath “Maile” floor plan offers 1,018 square feet of first-floor living area and 187 square feet of first-floor lanai and storage space. The second level offers 649 square feet of living space and a 136 square foot lanai. Some units have a den/study which adds an additional 165 square feet for a total of 2,155 square feet.
