Alii Heights is a unique pride-of-ownership neighborhood located in North Kona between White Sands Beach Estates, Keauhou View Estates and Kuakini Heights. The community provides easy access to the wonderful amenities of Kona Town such as beaches, restaurants and shopping, but is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist district.
The subdivision has mature landscaping, wide roads, underground utilities and street lights. Most homes are three and four bedrooms with stucco exteriors, large lanais and three-car garages. Lots are generally 1/3 to 1/2 acre. Many homes offer stunning ocean and mountain views at elevations ranging from 100-400 feet.

On my visits to Alii Heights I’ve encountered warm and friendly neighbors strolling the hills for exercise and walking their dogs. Some residents grow Crown Flower plants to attract Monarch Butterflies. Clients of mine were invited to a resident’s home to see her remodeling work.
