Aloha and Welcome ~

Thank you for visiting. I’m Lisa Kramer. I’m a native Californian living on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. I reside in the wonderful community of Bayview Estates in Keauhou, south of Kona Town. My Scottish husband and I came to Hawaii from the San Francisco Bay Area. I specialize in the Kailua-Kona region of Hawaii Island where I live.

A little background…

I began my real estate career years ago in San Diego with the commercial real estate firm of Marcus & Millichap. I was a market analyst and then became a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily properties. I was first licensed in 1991. My last commercial transaction was a 104-unit apartment building in San Marcos California.

I enjoy analytical work and ran a research consulting business in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years where I helped organizations assess and improve their performance. I returned to real estate when my husband and I fulfilled our lifelong dream of relocating to Hawaii.

My approach to real estate

My research training and consulting experience influence my approach to real estate. I bring a strong sense of objectivity and transparency to the role. My psychology background aids in communication and negotiation. My sociology background equips me to identify local and national real estate trends that influence property values. I’m skilled at gathering and synthesizing information. I’m highly persistent in achieving best outcomes for my clients. I strive to always treat others with courtesy and professionalism.

I like gardening

Perhaps because I grew up on a small farm, I enjoy gardening and landscaping. I’m a graduate of the West Hawaii Master Gardener program. If you have a gardening or landscaping question, please ask. If I don’t know the answer I’ll find someone who does. Get in touch if you feel like talking dirt…or soil or plants or trees…

Here’s what our courtyard looked like when we bought our home…

A little bit of landscaping work and viola! Tropical paradise!
