Aloha and Welcome ~

Thank you for visiting. My name is Lisa Kramer. I’m a native Californian living on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. I reside in the wonderful community of Bayview Estates in Keauhou, south of downtown Kailua-Kona. My Scottish husband and I came to Hawaii from the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m a real estate agent with Keller Williams and specialize in the Kahalu’u-Keauhou region of Kona where I live.

A little background…

I began my real estate career years ago in San Diego with the commercial real estate firm of Marcus & Millichap. I was a market analyst and then became a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily properties. I was first licensed in 1991. My last commercial transaction was a 104-unit apartment building in San Marcos California.

I enjoyed analytical work and attained a graduate degree. I ran a research consulting business in the San Francisco Bay Area for over a decade where I helped organizations assess and improve their performance. I returned to real estate when my husband and I relocated to Kona.

My approach to real estate

My research training and consulting experience influence my approach to being a real estate agent. I bring a strong sense of objectivity and transparency to the role. My psychology background aids in communication and negotiation. My sociology background enables me to identify local and national real estate trends and neighborhood characteristics that influence property values. I’m excellent at gathering and synthesizing information. I’m highly persistent in achieving best outcomes for my clients. I treat others with courtesy and professionalism – including other real estate agents.

I like gardening

I’m currently enrolled in the Master Gardener program. If you have a gardening or landscaping question, please ask. If I don’t know the answer I’ll find someone who does. Get in touch if you feel like talking dirt…or soil or plants or trees…

These are before-and-after pictures of my courtyard at my home in Keauhou. This is how our courtyard looked when we bought our home.

Much nicer now!
