Aloha & Welcome!

I hope this email finds you and your loved ones well.

In here you will find information about tropical gardening, local artists, volunteer opportunities and real estate news and resources. The Big Island real estate market remains competitive, with low inventory and high demand, but we're seeing more price reductions than in prior months. There's debate over where the real estate market is headed, with more analysts now saying a correction may be underway. I include a few articles.

My herb and vegetable starter plants are taking shape. If you want basil, cilantro, dill, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, jalapeño, sweet pepper or tomato plants email me.

If you know someone who might want to receive this newsletter, forward this email to them and they can subscribe. If you'd rather not receive this newsletter please unsubscribe below.

Sending Aloha your way ~
